The Munich Residenztheater commissioned Ingo Maurer and Team with the lighting concept for the "Wintergarten", a room that is used as a café and visible from Max-Joseph-Platz. At the beginning of the 2019/2020 season under the new management of Andreas Beck, the concept was completed on 18 October 2019.

There is only a second version of the light installation "Silver Cloud" by Ingo Maurer and team, which is in London, UK. Before it was hanging in the fashion shop with showroom of fashion designer Issey Miyake from 1999 to 2014, the fashion designer donated the light object to the Design Museum London. There, visitors can see Ingo Maurer's Silver Cloud in the museum shop.
